Actually, it finally is working for me today. Hadn't succeeded this year, thus far. I start at hiltonhonors.com > sign in > points > transfer points > see a revolving Points.com logo > until now, an error message always occurred here after successfully completing a number of captchas (didn't get the captchas this time). I haven't yet tried any further, don't have the right account numbers at hand to complete the transfers.
