I disagree. Hyatt has the Best Rate Guarantee deal, where they match Hotels.com rates, etc. for the dates/nights/type of room you are looking for. And therefore your rate becomes a Hyatt rate, regardless of the actual price you are paying. I've matched rates from Expedia.com and Hotels.com. It can be a little tricky though.
