I checked it out, and have to apologize, you are correct.

I have a pre-production 6620 here and it worked just fine, but it doesn't have the Series60 SyncML engine on it like the current 6620 has, to me it just seemed like any other 6600 I ever tried, but with edge radio hardware.

One can only hope that Apple implements SyncML into iSync as that would greatly increase the number of supported phones.
