The system is obviously playing up a bit if it is only showing you the F cabin, but PVG is being operated as a 3-class route (CW/WTP/WT) but with a 4-class plane on certain days (this being 1 of them), so your seat map is showing you the F cabin, but has blocked all the seats which will be left empty and that cabin closed unless there is enough demand for the seats in which case the cabin is opened but service is of CW standard. You may need to call BA to ask for a specific seat selection if the problem doesn't correct itself in a few days to show you the CW cabin.
