I sure as hell hope the answer is yes!!

Aeroplan.com states:

"All scheduled flights operated by UNITED, United Express, and United Shuttle flights on qualifying paid fares‡ "

and then the symbol after "fares" is explained to mean:

"‡ For UNITED code-share flights operated by another Star Alliance airline, refer to the Aeroplan Miles section of the carrier operating the flight"

I certainly would expect to get miles and at the following rate:

"500 Aeroplan Miles on flights up to 500 miles
100% on flights 501 miles and over "
