The Sterling Brunch (at Bally's) has not (yet) reopened. It was expensive but had excellent food. Compared to other "normal" buffets it had a "small" selection of items. If dining returns to 100%, the SB via a menu system could easily reopen profitably.
[The old SB closed when Bally's Steak House closed, it was replaced (with complete remodeling) by BT Steak, at the beginning they offered a "menu" which included "special" order items.]
