Same question - what are you looking for? Beach? Mountain?

I think the ones in Sanya are ok, but as you probably know "resort" properties don't have executive lounges. Have you considered the Club Med Sanya? We were there last June and it was pretty nice. Also close to the airport.

For skiing, Club Med Yabuli is closed but I think Beidahu is still open.

There is also the "Club Med minus" class called Joyview in Anji. Another one in Anji is the JW Marriott. Again, that doesn't have a lounge, but the area is nice for rafting, golf, and other outdoor activities. The suites are huge. It would advisable to avoid local school holidays as these become inundated with families from Shanghai.
