Yes, I’ve had customer care send through at least two IT tickets this year. I emailed another today via the app feedback.. I don’t feel it’s being addressed and also disappointed that nobody gives a reply or thank you to the times I’ve gone through this. Seems pretty cold, compared what my experience is otherwise.
I’ll send a DM if things don’t progress.
