As a flyer with a lot to learn, I actually appreciate hearing everyone's choices, especially when they support it with a brief explanation.
It is interesting everyone's preferences as some are very particular.
I always choose 2D on a narrow body, doesn't seem to change based on aircraft. I don't like the bulkhead because there is never a place to put one's bag, except overhead, which requires I have to plan on what I want out of the bag before putting in the locker.
Wide bodies - always mid cabin to avoid the galley/lav noise/brightness:
788 - 3A/K
789 - 4A/K
77L/77W - 4A/K (never choose the second cabin on the 77L or high J 77W)
333 - 4A/K (used to be 4A only on the old configuration but that's no longer a choice)
