Hilton suites still have an exec lounge as of January 2020, not sure what is their status now.

Their web site and the fact that Hilton.com will allow you to make reservations for the Palmer House starting May 20th, the same sources that said they'd be opening in April a few months ago when I made my early May reservations so take it for what it's worth.
I am a little skeptical consider no conventions are yet coming back to the city, how can leisure travelers filled so many rooms ?
Meanwhile the Sable at Navy Pier is opening this coming Thursday on March 18th despite Navy Pier is still closed
