I am one who has had random episodes of my KTN dropping from my PNR, even though it shows in my profile, and I have done no name changes. My FT number has been active since at least 2001 with AS. I have had GE/Pre Check since the first year it was introduced. IT with Alaska has been a thorn in my side since the VS integration. Everything else about this airline is level 9 satisfactory for me.
On very rare occasions, I have had this happen also. The first time, I did not notice until I tried to use PreCheck. They sent me to the regular line.
When it has happened since then I have been able to fix it myself or get it fixed and the counter at the airport. Yes, it is an AS IT issue IMHO.
