A few questions about self-serve that I didn't see answered in the online demo:
* I assume it handles checkin bags via the bag-drop service?
* How safe is it to change seats when you have 2 people on the same PNR already given an allocation? Any chance of successfully moving one person from row A to B, but then finding someone else has been put in the other seat in row B by the time you to try to move the other person next to the first person? (Just curious, as I am happy enough with our already assigned seats)
* I assume it doesn't handle the requirement for leaving a contact phone number for American citizens?
* I assume you are SOL if you have an old style paper ticket
