Question for the Hyatt experts: I am looking at a Hyatt Regency property that has $30 self parking, $40 valet, and free self parking on Friday & Saturday nights. I’m a Globalist staying on points, am I entitled to the Valet option or would I only receive the self parking for free? I have no problem emailing the hotel to ask but I was curious if there was a standard WOH policy on this particular situation or if it’s more of a property specific issue.

One more question, if I arrive early as a Globalist on an award stay (say 11am) and I want to park my car at the hotel and leave my bags, if my room is not ready would I be charged for parking that day since technically I haven’t checked in yet?
