Stayed two nights in the Penthouse Villa in January using the 50,000 points award night that was available for a short time last summer. We got everything included in the description including the airport transportation and free breakfast. Highly recommend emailing them about two weeks before your stay. They will set you up with a concierge to book the airport transportation times and make reservations for meals and the cabana.

Any recent stays in the presidential villa from the premium suite points redemption booking? I have one coming up in the spring and have noticed that theres a new asterisk when looking at the suite description on the Thompsons website.

Interesting that they use the word upgrade and not booking. I read this that it should still be offered on the 50k point per night rate.
Stayed 4 nights in January with this special (mistake?) reservation. Fantastic room and hotel and we've rebooked a one bedroom suite using a TSU for December already. Back on topic, you should definitely email the concierge and make sure they will acknowledge and provide the pickup and breakfast. They're very nice there and usually reply pretty quickly.
