I was filing a purchase protection claim back in December- but it took forrrrrever to get the police report (quite nearly 3 months of waiting) and finally got it today, a few days after the 120 day window for original purchase date passed. I called in and the rep told me he was informed eclaims has been a little bit lenient on waiting additional time for necessary documents to be obtained due to COVID. Has anyone experienced any leniency on the timeframes with claims?
