There are spots at Ventana where you get a decent water view. We live in a beach town so are spoiled; we went various places along the coast such as Nepenthe to feed my hunger for immediate water views. We tried to book Post Ranch Inn for lunch. We've eaten there before. You are at cliffside with a little bit over the water. Stunning. However, this was July 2020 and dining was only open to inhouse guests.
