I’d just say to set a phone alarm so you know exactly when it’s coming. You can mitigate the interruption by choosing what time to do the first login, since it’s gonna be exactly 24 hours later. Maybe work off your own cellular connection until an appropriate start time for the hotel WiFi?
I’ve never found it to be that inconvenient, but then I typically start the Internet very late in the day, and I’m one person on one or two devices.
Maybe someone makes a travel router smart enough to automate the hotel intercept dialog quickly? None of this will prevent it from dropping you, but at least you wouldn’t have to manually login.
