Arriving to Canada without a vaccination? Will spend 3 days plus another 14 in quarantine/isolation? Why not hit every traveller entering the country (who voluntarily accepts it of course) with their first shot? Would that not be an efficient process and guarantee uptake of vaccination? Just a thought, hopefully not a stupid one...
