No points transferability, but 1.5x when redeemed for travel combined with the 3x mobile wallet category makes it a decent non-category spend card. It's a bit finicky to apply for because US Bank is relatively conservative with hard pulls/new accts and you have to be a US Bank customer in order to be approved for it.

Upon researching the USB cards, you literally can't have new opened accounts or they will decline you - and if I open the US Bank card, that puts me at 5/24 for Chase with the CSR/CSP
