Hi folks,

Been offline for a while, (grounded by an almost 3 month gut-renovation of my home!), but it's nice to see everyone and that the dialog and exchanges are still going strong.

I'm flapping my wings again soon and have been calling the SMS number a few times in the last week, press the right numbers, put in my SM number and pin, and every time I'm getting an agent from the general international desk, not SMS.

I've asked a couple of times "Are you SMS?" and keep getting "uhhhh...yessir" but these are not the experienced, helpful (both with airline policy and my kooky requests) people I have come to expect from SMS...

Anyone know of something going on? Have they been eliminated in some sort of new "enhancement" I missed?

I know they're getting my records on screen when I call in, so I should get routed the right way, but it ain't happening.
