i am an attorney and this is an outrage- not just on Hertz's part but on the Court's for not issuing contempt sanctions and tossing some executive in jail (for 2 hours, at which point they would have rectified this immediately)
Are we sure that his credit card was indeed swiped at 15:00 on October 18, 2011 ? I noticed that his rental agreement is shown as ending at exactly 15:00 on November 1, 2011. A two week rental but I note there is also a charge for an extra hour listed.

Or is that listing of extra day and extra hour charges always included?
