Here is the filing with the bankruptcy court. Not sure if the claim is for $25million or $25K. The bankruptcy claim form list $25M but the actual claim itself is asking for in excess of $25K.

Not sure why Hertz didn't respond to multiple subpoenas served. Attorney reached out to Hertz Corporate and Legal as well.

Sounds like the claim to overcome timeliness concerns with the bankruptcy court and even then it will be an unsecured creditor.
