Of every inch, corner? Not sure. But the outrage here is re Hertz ignoring subpoenas in a criminal matter. Its wild. You cant "lose" a subpoena- it has to be SERVED on you/your rep personally, and that service is sworn to in an affidavit. Hertz cant ignore a subpoena assuming the evidence will pop up somewhere else...
