GH Athens is a mixed bag from a standpoint of features, and location is not ideal. For a relatively new property, it is quite the misfit. I have posted about it elsewhere in Flyertalk. I would say it is tied for lowest with New York City among Grand Hyatts. Just not the right caliber for the branding. We will stay at Bonvoy next time in Athens. Not a Bonvoy fan but GH Athens is just not right.
