Lounges served alcohol up to when lockdown 3 started on 6 January. This was permitted under tier 4 restrictions. Therefore if the rules are relaxed back from the tier 4+ level we are at now to the pre 6 January tier 4 state, it may be alcohol is available again.
Actually if you scroll back through this thread you can see lounges stopped alcohol on Jan 13th. I was drinking Champagne in GC and GF myself on Jan 11th.
But I won't attempt to predict when they will begin serving alcohol again. I'll just say I hope it is back on come summer!
