20k w/4th night free and 10% from the Select card (= 13.5k) would normally be a screaming redemption, but only mediocre at this paid rate of $80 ai, plus no potential breakfast/happy hour.
Just cancelled my point bookings and rebooked with cash. It came out ~$70/night (earning about 15% worth of points).
