Does this include checking accounts? Or just credit cards? Personal and business?

Thanks
It's going to be revolving credit accounts (most business cards don't report to your personal credit file so they won't count) when that reason code is used for credit apps and it's going to mean different things from different lenders. US Bank is a pretty conservative lender. They don't like to see much more than 1/12 and 0/6 but you can squeak by if your profile supports it and/or you have depository accounts with USB. Over 2/12 is almost always going to be a no from them these days.
