If you are traveling without baggage, you could still use the international-domestic dedicated transfer point and it's still doable. There are transfer desks before that checkpoint.
If you are traveling with baggage, it might be a bit risky ( just in case your first flight gets delayed ), however, if that flight is on time, you should be fine. Also, another reminder that Turkish Airlines check-in desks close 60 minutes before departure for domestic flights also be aware of that. When you reclaim your bags, go straight upstairs to recheck your bags at the check-in counter. ( TK is the only carrier that operates IST-ASR )
