Does anyone know when this Ryokan will be available for booking?

I'm sure this is considered gauche, but I feel exactly this way about the concept of Ryokan, which is why I haven't booked one during a two week trip scheduled for November:

But this place looks amazing and I'm looking for an "interesting" stay like this to counterbalance the mostly Hyatt experience. The booking site is in Japanese and I couldn't find any indication of when reservations start. Does anyone know anything about when it will open?
