One minor critique though...they need to do the wrap without tomato. Tomatoes makes things soggy after they sit for a while.
Everything makes a wrap soggy after it sits for a while, especially with the well-ventilated plastic top. I thought it was perfectly ok. Well, in retrospect, imperfectly ok, because I did peel off some of the gloopy parts of the wrap, so it could spend its final moments in a HNL incinerator instead of an HNL-area toilet.
