2h30mins for an international-domestic transfer is far than enough. Use the dedicated international-domestic transfer passport control and transfer security point and you would have plenty of time to wait for your flight at the domestic departures hall. The medical checks are only a temperature screening if you don't have COVID-19 symptoms so I wouldn't worry about that.
Even if you are on separate tickets ( both tickets on TK ), they would thru-check your bags but it's still doable if you are arriving on an airline that doesn't thru-check bags and going to use the landside route.
Hello. Thanks for the response. I am not on a connecting flight. I am using one airlines to arrive at Istanbul and will be using a different carrier to fly to Kayseri. Will I have enough time in this case?
