Quick bump - i'll have my 4th stay as part of the "stay 4, get gold" promo this week. just a few questions for those that completed this already:

There was no "opt-in" requirement correct?
And how soon after the 4th stay does the Gold status get reflected?
Also, if i have future reservations already made, do i need to call and have my status updated on the reservation (like you need to do on UA for example) or will the gold be reflected before i arrive?
