How much time does it take to clear immigration and customs and any COVID screening at Istanbul Airport in general? I am scheduled to arrive at 12:20 PM at Istanbul and I plan to immediately leave for Cappadocia. The earliest flight to Kayseri is scheduled at 2:50 PM, which means I will have around 2.5 hours to get through immigration, get my stuff, and go through medical checks (if there are any such protocols). 2h30mins for an international-domestic transfer is far than enough. Use the dedicated international-domestic transfer passport control and transfer security point and you would have plenty of time to wait for your flight at the domestic departures hall. The medical checks are only a temperature screening if you don't have COVID-19 symptoms so I wouldn't worry about that.
Even if you are on separate tickets ( both tickets on TK ), they would thru-check your bags but it's still doable if you are arriving on an airline that doesn't thru-check bags and going to use the landside route.
