If the hotel resort kept all the IPs of the connected devices logged in over 24 hrs they would soon find no room to assign an IP address to your device. You could find a way around this but each location would be different.
There really isn't any shortage of IP space in network 10. There's way more than enough private IP space for every device any hotel sees, even if all stayed connected for a month. (That would require more memory in the router, that's all.)
