Just a couple days of grilling season until it drops back to normal Chicago March weather. It's still dark at 6 pm here which is making it a little trickier than summer grilling too.
Last night, chicken fajitas on the grill. Tequila and diet Sprite while I cooked. Midwestern Margarita. I may have to trademark that.
Tonight, grilled halibut and vegetables. Probably pass on the cocktail tonight.
