There was a sign at the Warsaw airport a few weeks ago (first time at that airport, not sure if the sign is new), advising foreign visitors against bringing in any materials offensive to local standards.

Not sure if this means porn or sex toys, but it raised my eyebrows. I cannot imagine that lube is illegal anywhere. Lube was widely available even in the early days, during my younger times in Moscow.
