Just curious about CityHealth. I know there is $20 pay but there is some doubt if your insurance will pay. Did you find out if you have to pay out of pocket for test? Did you get billed by your insurance company? I'm Blue Shield.

We are flying out of SJC to HNL on April 9th and trying determine best and low cost option for testing.
