My wife signed up for the card the last week of Feb, so to make sure we didn't miss her PayPal credit (since subscriptions and some orders are billed on shipment not immediately), I found that PayPal has an eGift shop. Picked up a $25 Hulu GC which posted fine and we can use it when our current subscription is up at the end of March.

So that's an option for folks on a time crunch.
