Yes, I used it at 2 different merchants on 2 different days. There were plenty of data points upthread where people used it on multiple charges and got the credit so I knew I could do it. I can still use the residual few dollars before the end of the month and get credit until I reach $30. 2 posts above mine received $29.99 credit and is expecting a 1 cent credit from a subsequent charge.

So, yes, you can buy for $21.50 at BB plus another $10 (or even just $8.50) elsewhere via PayPal and get your $30 March credit.

I believe this offer is worded as up to $30 credit. You don't have to use the full $30 if you don't want to .
