THAI upgrades ROP GOLD and :-: GOLD members on full flights. I've received a few upgrades on several SIN-BKK-SIN flights this year.
I wrote to THAI soon after the incident, detailing what I saw was a lack of procedure in handling the flight cancellation. It took them about three weeks to investigate and responded with an explanation and a complimentary economy ticket SIN-BKK-SIN valid for one year.
