Dollar.com are still investigating the issue , they said STT is independently owned and operated, so even they don’t have the receipt.It will take a couple of more days on their side to find out more.


The first discrepancy between 405.94 and 468.13 comes from :

1. they added two extra hours at total cost of 38$ . The initial reservation was showing 2pm pick up /drop off, which I modified through Dollar @1800-800-4000 for pick up/dropoff at 5pm due to a plane mechanical issue and arriving late.I called up at 9am to modify the pick up/drop off time from 2pm to 5pm , so they don’t give away the vehicle due to no-show/late arrival.
