7-11 is well known to have velocity limits for GC with CC purchases. This has been well documented long ago (in the 7-11 specific thread) when most 7-11 allowed this and Vanillas were easy to dump. You now won't be able to guy a GC at any 7-11 for about a day. You MAY possibly get away with using another CC at same store, but I think they have per-store velocity limits as well.
