JNB keeps getting pushed back and it's not because UA and DL are cancelling full flights...
There are other airlines flying into South Africa with flight loads anywhere from 25% to 75% (ET, TK, QR, KQ, etc). I've been checking seat maps the day before/day of travel as a basis. That is why I was asking if you had a data source on this, hoping for something a bit more scientific or accurate.
