Basically, BAA should learn airport opeartions like SCHIPHOL and FRANKFURT who are all built to handle snow and sometimes blizzard conditions , coupled with the staff efficiency of CHANGI airport and you'd get a perfect airport module.

Typically, transfering from one terminal (make that T1,2 & 3) to terminal 4 is a NIGHMARE after passport control. Some of us have done it before and its not FUN. Why not have a proper transfer system rather than rely on the HEATHROW EXPRESS? Makes one NOT one to go through HEATHROW for anything! Transfers from terminals to airport hotels must be paid?

Can we graze HEATHROW to the ground and build a new one?
