It definitely varies by property.

One property I’ve been to had a Starbucks in their lobby, but said no Breakfast, no Starbucks but you’ll get 1,000 points for a 1 Night Stay. The points never came. (HR - Valencia)

Another Property we stayed at offered a $25 Daily Starbucks Credit for our family of 3. A restaurant on property has always been open for Patio dining through the pandemic so I’d think they could do some kind of takeout for Breakfast, but $25 at Starbucks isn’t the worst. (HR - Orange County)

Another property we stayed at offered us (5) $5 Starbucks Gift Cards on the first day of our 5 Night Stay. For the rest of the stay they said just to get a drink and a snack daily from their very small snack/drink area. (The Talbott - Chicago).

Stayed again at the 3rd Property over NYE for a 6 Night Stay and was offered nothing just told we’d get 500 points per Night which we did after checkout.
