I am planning to book BBI-DEL-ORD on United(J)

I have 2 options for BBI-DEL, one has connecting time of 2:40 hours and other has 13:40 hours.

Is 2 hours enough time to finish immigration? also can anyone confirm the baggage allowance on Vistara and if it would be checked though to ORD
