I did agree on the rental agreement upon pick up , but I really thought some deposit ( fuel or something else ) was included) . I was pretty stressed after a long day in the air and figured would deal with it later .

The pending charge on my cc was 521 , which normally is higher than reservation amount because of different deposits. It was today when the final amount cleared. I did call several times today Dollar number but it says they are closed , although they should be open according to their hours .

Also , I tweeted them with all the info , they replied in two hours with :


“Thank you for confirming this information! Our team will be looking into this and will update you promptly. We appreciate the chance to review these concerns today! -Elyse”


Receipt is not available yet , on the website it says that usually it takes up to 7 days . I returned the car on Tuesday.
Wait for the receipt and see what would be the actual difference
Some return agents will tell you everything has been taken care of but sometimes they don't close your contract immediately upon returning. It could result in the late penalty or incorrect fuel charges.
Always ask for an actual receipt upon returning or leave after you receive the correct email receipt.
