I had declined transactions at 2 WM. At my goto store the girl said the system was down but she'll let me try if I wanted. 1st swipe Meta VGC declined, 2nd swipe GreenDot VGC declined, 3rd swipe Wells Fargo debit card declined. This was at 7am PST and 7:20 PST.
