Spoke to the Manager and had the discussion with this being a Resort and occupancy rate is high. Like pulling teeth and got a checkout of 1pm. I hardly ever request late checkout when on business but when travelling with the family a nice to have but has not been easy to get.
Westin Blue Mountain is a resort, and we’re at the height of ski season, so I can see why you’re getting push back.
