I don't know how many "standard" rooms there are, but it's a small property with only 68 rooms in total. I assume you're looking for a weekend stay, as I see availability of both king and 2 queen rooms for 30K points during the week. It doesn't surprise me that the standard rooms are unavailable as some weekends only the premium suites are available ... at 60K points per night.
